Brendan is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice in Victoria in 1989. Brendan has experience in many areas of law but maintains a particular interest in Elder Law, Commercial Law and Family Law.
Brendan is involved in his local community through Rotary International and was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow, he is currently a member of the Board of the Rotary Club of Belmont. Brendan is also a long-term member of the Board of the Geelong RSL sub-branch
Natasha joins Fennelly Legal with over eight years of experience practising in the Children’s Court of Melbourne, focussing on child protection and client advocacy. She brings a compassionate and skilled approach to complex, sensitive matters.

Josh is a 4th-year Law and Commerce student at Deakin University with a passion for practical legal experience. After graduating from high school in Horsham, he spent two years working full-time at his local law firm, honing his skills before moving to Geelong to pursue his studies.
Outside of his academic commitments, Josh plays football for the Winchelsea Football & Netball Club and enjoys spending time with friends.
Now working part-time with us, Josh is dedicated to applying his legal knowledge in real-world scenarios as he continues to grow both personally and professionally.
Alicia has wide experience in conveyancing and probate matters. Alicia has worked for other legal and Conveyancing firms in the Geelong area.
